In view of the stringent import regulations of
living plants, it is recommended that these are
not include in HHG/PE shipments
FIREARMS
/ WEAPONS:
Firearms may only be imported after a license
has been issued by the Swedish police and has
been presented to customs.
ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES / TOBACCO:
As delay and extra charge will occur if alcoholic
beverages are included in HHG/PE shipment, it
is recommended not to include such beverages in
the shipment. Cigarettes, cigar and tobacco are
dutiable articles.
DUTIES:
Duty free entry for used HHG/PE if the shipper's
stays is one year or more, and if the PE are used
and have been in the owner's possession at least
12 months.
VEHICLES:
May be imported provided they have been in the
owner's possession and used abroad more than 12
months. Certificate of registration/bill of sale
& owner's presence required.
