ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES / TOBACCO:
An ocean bill of lading . air waybill, an inventory
with detailed description
and import doc. itself to be produced by forwarding
agent/customs broker are necessary in order to
bring alcoholic beverages and tobacco into the
Netherlands (in principal, always dutiable, even
part of removal goods; however, inspector can
make exceptions).
DUTIES:
Used HHG/PE are duty free if shipper declares
to be owner before importing for at least one
year and to remain the owner after importing for
at least another year.
VEHICLES:
Documents required: Ocean bill of lading / air
waybill;registration documents;import documents
itself to be produced by forwarding agent/customs
broker. In principle, free of any duty and tax
as part of HHG/PE.
